In injection molding, die casting and other high temperature molding processes, mold cooling efficiency directly determines the production cycle and product quality. Our high-precision water nozzles are designed for mold cooling waterways, ensuring efficient delivery of coolant (water/oil) to the core of the mold through  reliable sealing, high throughput and corrosion resistant construction. Quickly remove heat and reduce the risk of deformation. As a standard part of the mold, it simplifies the installation process, and is an essential component to improve production capacity and reduce scrap rate.

Product Features
1. Accurate flow control and efficient heat dissipation
- Large bore design: smooth internal flow path, reducing pressure drop and maximizing coolant flow (flow coefficient Cv values up to X.X).
- Directional outflow: multiple angles such as straight/right angle/gimbal can be selected to accurately guide the water flow to the hot spot area of the cavity.
- Adaptability: Compatible Ø 4mm~Ø16mm such as commonly used waterway aperture, to meet fine or large flow demand.

2. Military-grade sealing to prevent leakage
- Double seal structure: body thread + front O-ring (NBR/FKM Material), resistant to - 30° C~150° C temperature and cooling additives.
- Anti-loosening design: hexagon locking face + pre-installed sealing ring, anti-vibration impact, no leakage of water under high pressure (≤ 10bar).
- Self-sealing function (optional): automatically cut off the water flow during disassembly to avoid splashing waste of coolant.
