Our high-precision water nozzles are designed for mold cooling waterways, ensuring efficient delivery of coolant (water/oil) to the core of the mold through  reliable sealing, high throughput and corrosion resistant construction. Quickly remove heat and reduce the risk of deformation. As a standard part of the mold, it simplifies the installation process, and is an essential component to improve production capacity and reduce scrap rate.

1. Military-grade sealing to prevent leakage
- Anti-loosening design: hexagon locking face + pre-installed sealing ring, anti-vibration impact, no leakage of water under high pressure (≤ 10bar).
- Self-sealing function (optional): automatically cut off the water flow during disassembly to avoid splashing waste of coolant.
